We are an affordable alternative for pet care. We offer pet sterilization as well as annual vaccinations, rabies shots, flea/tick and heart worm preventatives that are affordable to most everyone. We are a small, locally owned hospital that operates with minimal expenses and overhead in order to offer inexpensive procedures.

Ark La Tex Animal Clinic is owned and operated by Dr. Beth Wheat. Dr. Wheat is a 2004 graduate of LSU Veterinary School and a graduate of Pleasant Grove High School. While working the last several years as a relief veterinarian, Dr. Wheat was afforded the opportunity to see a low cost spay neuter clinic in operation and has seen the benefits of having a low cost alternative for pet care, while still offering the same quality services.
